When a private equity firm sought to strengthen the market presence of their portfolio company, they turned to Fortify to lead a comprehensive brand refresh and digital build-out.
Fortify began with a thorough brand assessment — reviewing existing assets, competitive landscape, and market positioning to identify gaps and opportunities. From that foundation, we developed a Brand Positioning Guide that defined the firm’s target personas, pain points, core values, differentiators, and unique value proposition. We then translated the strategy into a refreshed visual identity: new logos, updated color palette, typography, and a complete brand style guide.
To equip the CES team for business development, Fortify also produced a suite of brand collateral — including a proposal template, presentation template, and a Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) package — along with a 12-month content strategy to guide ongoing marketing efforts.
On the digital side, Fortify designed and developed a fully launched, mobile-responsive website on HubSpot. The site was built for performance from day one, with foundational SEO and GEO implementation in place.
